Deleting your Vyuh account

Your Vyuh account was created by your employer, so your employer completes the deletion. You can start it in two ways.

In the app: open More, then Help & feedback, then tap Request account deletion. Your managers are notified. Or, if you no longer have the app, email support from the address on your account and we will pass the request to your employer. Your employer deactivates the account and then erases your name, contact details, address, date of birth, emergency contact, photo and documents. Shift and timesheet records are kept without your name for the period employment law requires, then deleted. Requests are completed within 30 days.
